Hi,

I am new to posting here. I am interested in prepping, maybe not the super extreme type but more exchange of ideas. I am looking for somewhere that would like longer articles about preparedness. What I have is longer that a forum post. Not just gear reviews. I am interested in the human element of the apocalypse or SHTF, if you prefer. I have a background in run and gun shooting, martial arts, psychology, and teaching. I have recently taken up amateur radio but still working on knowing that. I have broad interests in many areas outside of prepping. I am also a writer-ish and have written a novel of an apocalyptic event. I am also looking for meet-up groups who talk prep.
