Once again, I am pleased to welcome all the new members. I wish I could welcome each and every one personally as I did in the beginning, however membership is simply growing at a rate that does not allow me to do so. I hope that you will all participate, both in asking questions to gather a vast amount of knowledge offered by our members and offer your insights as well.
