Hey, I'm East of the City as well. I'm new to the area and prepping myself. I'm interested in meeting with people in the area, however the problem with prepping is that people are generally extra suspicious of other people so meetups are not the thing to propose off the bat. Instead, we should be reviving this Manitoba forum so we can get used to each others personalities and maybe, just maybe, we will find ourselves meeting in person in the future.
