Welcome just/fine .

Yes I too love my coleman stoves. I have a Peak 1 ( portable 1 burner) and then an old fashioned larger green style.
Both of mine use white naptha gas. I suppose I could also get a multi fuel Peak stove... However...

The thing to remember here is that in a long term situation you will run out of either white naptha gas or propane.
I suggest looking at some of the numerous rocket stoves or other smaller portable or colapsible stoves that will
burn anything you have, in other words a variety , such as twigs, leaves, cow poo, kindling, and possibly charcoal ,
pine cones, paper, etc.
This will mean you can keep cooking no matter what , and be able to keep boiling water.
