I am a prepper with a dream. I plan to start a communal living facility/Bunker in northeast Iowa. I intend it to be fully self sustaining and off-grid. I'm hoping for completion of the 30,000Ft² facility by summer of 2017. Looking for prospective neighbors to fill the complex and make it a viable community.

Thank you! Its definitely been a lot of work, and we still have much to go. We've changed the scope of the project to eventually be a learning center for folks to come and learn about sustainable living and off-grid living. When we open, we'll be open to the public, and will offer many classes for free. We're also hoping to be able to host shows and expos on the grounds. Check out our kickstarter campaign:
