Hey all, I'm new to the network and wanted to introduce myself. My names Lewis, I come from a small rural town in Ontario, about halfway between London and Windsor.

I'm a young guy, 29 years old, have a wife and two kids. I work in the construction industry, as a supervisor/operator. I come from a strong mechanical background, woodworking and metalet fabrication are hobbies of mine. Fishing has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I hunt a bit, only for food, never for sport. I enjoy shooting trap, and target whenever I get the chance. My wife and I are avid campers, refusing to let our kids be raised by TV and video games.

I spent 3 years in and around Alberta, 2 of which working in the oilfield/trenching industry the last year I spent traveling around Alberta and BC. hiking/climbing the Rockies, backwoods camping, basically just traveling place to place, taking it all in.

I've always had a mind for preparedness. It's been the last year that's it's gotten to be more of a must. I guess with age and life responsibilities I'm paying more attention to the events in the world around me.

At this point I feel I have a fairly broad skill set, but theres always room for more.

I'm interested in meeting some like minded people, near or far, share ideas, information, planning advice, learn and teach. Anyone in the southwestern/central ontario area interested in chatting or meeting up anytime drop me a line.
