As someone who loves a holiday, for any reason, even if its one I don't take serious, I was lining up my viewing entertainment for when I stuff my belly with perogies and beer this weekend. I thought appropriate for the occasion are zombie movies.

It was one of the better written ones, still campy, but not bad. Its called Dead pool.

There were a couple big names in the above, I don't think it helped their careers.Must have had some bills to pay.

Here is a tip for those who make their own perogies, its cheating a little but for even consistency I think perogies are great place to use instant potatoes. You can whip up the potatoes fast, then mix into them your pre cooked ground hamburger (or bacon) and grated chesse, and whatever else you wish to add. It speeds things up when you don't have to boil and mash potatoes and no one can tell that you used instant, in fact they will praise you on how even and smooth the filling is.
