This documentary from Netflix shows what it takes to farm. Still think your set with that seed vault?

I watched it. Entertaining, but a bit on the schmaltzy side. I read somewhere that it takes a crew of 60 people to run the operation. Not sure if all are paid staff or wwoofers.
