I put this together today for another group. I thought I would share it with you. My personal insight in all this is how I divided it into three sections.
Fast Crash. Slow Crash. Personal Crash.
I also realised, if you are a new prepper, it would be best if you prep for these in reverse, starting with personal crash.
Some of these are unlikely to happen but not outside probability. Many will absolutidilly happen within our life time....which is why I prep and its not a hobby.
You may notice the lack of the most sensationalist conspiracy related buggaboos. These were long ago discounted along with alien underground bases , the number of the beast and pyramid related prophesies.
These are the scenarios I actively game. Some I have down. Some I have to play by ear. Some are only a roll of the dice. I do the best with what I got... and I always try to keep in mind that death in inevitable. Some games cant be won.
FAST CRASH:
-Banking crash- Doors closed, ATMs down or quickly emptying of cash. VISA machines?
(Consequences- Protests like occupy or tea party that lead to either ...nothing...or heavy handed government back lash or French style revolution. Changing the value of your dollar aka Argentina style collapse. Usury level tax increases to cover government debt shortfalls. Food Riots. Thefts. Unscrupulous companies or corporations or politicians or individuals that take advantage of the situation. Predator style preppers )

I have a Tactical Harness and I have a Tool Belt. The Tool Belt is more Useful.
🙄 WOW! I am just one big happy ray of optimistic sunshine 🙄 😆
A bit of science. Optimists are generally happier. Pessimists, though sadder are generally wiser and see the world more closely to reality ( based on the experiments of Martin Seligman)

I don't know , I think some preppers have some kind of 'anticipary' wiring that goes back to a more primal survival instinct to analyse risk pehaps? It may not be that , but maybe it is some capacity for critical thinking.. . I am not so sure it is pessimistic as most preppers are working on hedging their bets to beat the odds : )
Seems more optimistic to me than those who shut their eyes and distract themselves to be oblivious victims.
