If it happens, then it happens. If not, then we prep for the next big event. Most fear that it will happen and many fear that it wont. We openly state that we prepare for something that could be the end of the world, the Rapture, Armageddon. A large few, hope that it will happen to cleans the earth, but not to them, others, just don’t give a damn if they do or don’t. Never in our life time have we been so bombarded with the end of the world hype. By the media, news, movies, documentaries, the church and the government.
People love the fear of uncertainty. They pray to God that it wont happen, and are very disappointed if it doesn’t. What ever happens, we will see, be it in a flash to non existence, a pill induced death or a lifetime of surviving what ever happens or not.

As you say if it happens or dosn't we prep.
It is all the hype in the press and sensationalism of the movies that will cause the problem. It s the people that I want to stay away from, riots for sports , get reall what happens when the storm hits and its food or heat for shelters that people are short of. I believe this will get out of hand with verry little provocation better to be ready now eh
Just my pet peave livin in the city right now see crime ,stupidity every day, people pissin in the stair wells , sirens all nite long and then some guy tried to mug me in my so called secure apt building (can't call cops cause it will take him to long to recover as it is ) oops did I say that with my outside voice
Can't wait for this lease to be done
Sorry for bitchin but had to let it out
Thanks for listening Hobo

I like the idea of prepping for a potential situation. It's very probable that some kind of emergency or SHTF type of situation will occur in our lifetimes. However, it bugs me when people talk of these things with certainty (not saying anyone in this post has). That's when people start to sound crazy to me.

Hobo: Don't ya love it when you don't have to call the cops. You can say "I did it my way."

Hey Hobo it is good to vent. Tazweiss " I did it my way" ....... Been there, done that. Unfortunately the local law enforcement officers were not officially to impressed. However I, on the other hand, impressed myself. We all have to remember law enforcement is a reactive force only. Sometimes a really slow reactive force.

Honestly I dont think anything will happen.

The Cycle is a start and end cycle , which we have experienced several times in thier calendar. keep in mind that they do reference times beyond the last cycle on that calender as well.

Furthermore GMT Constant ...which is the way they probably measured thier time and days...could be off by 60 days or more. Keeping in mind that the we created our new calendar system around 2AD.

regardless my prepardness is a generational setup. So that regardless of what happens now or does not, I know my kids and thier kids and so on will have the knowledge and skills in place.

In the Hebrew calendar it's already the year 5772. So "modern" man is basing this whole thing on the Christian faith which was not around when then calendar was created. Just something to think about.

Just for the heck of it that's not quite right the Mayan's didn't calculate their date to our existing calendar we calculated the blocks on their calender to ours.

It doesn't matter whether you use the Julian, Gregorian or Thai lunar calender the calculations will come out to the correct ones that exist on our present calander today, so the interpretation of Dec 21st, 2012 is right if you count out the blocks from the Calender round (short cycle) Mayan calender or the Long Count Mayan calender to coincide with our present dates it will calculate currently.

I'm not for the prophecy stuff about Dec 21st at all and I'll be doing just fine as all of us will on the 22nd, just thought I'd add that in.

By the way did you folks know that we got hit again today with an R4 CME, fourth time this month already. Glancing blow, but those in the North might expect to see a few Northern lights tonight.

I am not worrying about the exact day (21.12) but about any time in the near future. As I scan my HAM radio I heard reports from number of cities in USA where people were asked not to worry or panic if they see more than normal number of army vehicles around the city.(Do the government know something and not telling us ? They wouldn't do that ,would they?) Also all kind of army activity (unusual )around USA.Makes me think and may be finish my prep. Henry

Since we're sharing concerns and available information: I'll have to reveal that my real concern (if any) is CME problems. Coronal Mass Ejections that strike earth and have the ability to some extent to affect power outages in the extreme: fry the place.

Apart from rising food costs and just generally trying to be prepared for anything that might come out of financial, civil or personal upheaval I feel the only natural source in our part of the world might just come from the power deficiencies that a large CME could affect on our grid system. According to all the "established experts"; meaning official organizations and scientists, NASA, NOAA etc.. they have established there is a 7% chance that within the next year (we're at an eleven year high-peak cycle) we have the possibility of a discharge large enough to affect power grids somewhere in the world. A lot of factors have to come together to actually have that come to fruition.

For that reason, (that it actually has an official calcuable risk that currently exists), I pay attention to it and monitor what's going on. I follow alerts. There's actually been a lot of global news coverage on this in the last year about CME and the risks that generally doesn't appear in main stream media.

There are some great web sites associated to both NASA and particularly NOAA that explains this in better detail and offer tools to stay on top of what's currently happening with our space weather. Kind of interesting. You can actually watch live time monitored guaged parameters of wind speeds, sun activity, magnetic strengths etc..

I try to pop into the following link and I've saved it to make that quick and easy. I check it every moring for a second with the news channels I save. It's the warning chart if there are current problems and they rate and explain the intensity of the documented events. It's updated every fifteen minutes so it's always current. To better understand those warning levels you'd have to do a bit more research. Everything you need is right there to know what's going on right now and in the recent past. Click on an event and it gives a brief description of the alert intent and what you might expect.

http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/alerts/alerts_timeline.html

For anyone that's interested.

Truthfully, I think I might put together a thread this weekend about what peoples' concerns are, what they've done to investigate those concerns' legitimacies and if they keep on top of monitoring their concerns etc... It might be really interesting and the real good thing is there doesn't seem to be too many Niburuers, "zombies" or extreme-minded folks on these blogs compared to some others that thrive on some of these issues, particularly conspiracy stuff. Not that perhaps their concerns aren't warranted but some of the conversations can get absurd. I think it would make for an interesting interaction between everyone here and share thoughts on our concerns (fears) for today and in the future and why we may have them.

Anyway, if you're interested check out the link. It's pretty self-explanatory what you're looking at. If nothing else; (for those who live in higher lattitudes) it'll help you plan good nights to grab a beverage and go out in yard to see the Northern Lights.

Peace to all and make sure you keep that tin-foil beanie by the door 😉

Rick

My morning news doesn't really consist of too much. There are two individuals on YouTube a highly recommend with extremely short daily videos usually in the morning. "suspicious0bserver" and "thehyperreport" are a wealth of info with all links provided tied up into about 2 to 3 mins.

Now wouldn't a strong CME, fall right into the plans of a NWO. I mean really after, say, 10 years of no electrical power or electronics to pass the word along. Wouldn't it behoove the Bilderberg group, to literally, go underground, until everything starts to begin reforming, so that they can influence and effect the rewrites the rights of the land and its citizens.
The newly born are own by the government, by the debt of $75,000 that is passed on to us by the grandfather clause. Be sure that after a major collapse of the world economics, the NWO will impose a restructuring tax on each and every one of us with a "No debt to Vote clause" meaning that while you still have the Primary debt on your books, you wont have the right to vote.
If you don’t believe me, I don’t care, because even if you do believe me, IT WONT MATTER. We are fleas to a Bull Mastiff, and it would take a million fleas to take it down, and only if they had the intelligence to do so, And if the dog didn't do anything to shake us off. 😐 Am I being fatalistic or realistic, and does it really matter.
