Thanks WildE for getting me to look into the Amish lifestyle. So far it sounds like how a lit of us Preppers are trying to live.

ok,
last time I was at St. Jacobs, a few of the Amish were surprised when I said I lived off grid,, only used Cell phone and laptop for business and learning things. They had never heard any English that did not live in a house without power etc. Kinda shocked they were!
