With the success of the previous 2 years we're going to do it all over again. This years event will be even larger with more special guests and excellent workshops! We're really looking forward to this but we're going to need some help. If anyone is interested in volunteering in assisting with the set-up, take-down amongst other tasks we'll make it worth your while!
This years preparedness event is currently underway and is going to take place in the summer of 2015. You can check the website for updates here:

If I can't hunt & fish in heaven then I don't want to go!
Vegetarian....old Indian word for lousy hunter!
You might want to try that again...seems to be working now.
Thanks for the overwhelming support with respect to volunteering. As you can imagine it's been really crazy getting all the details in place for this weekend. I just wanted to express my gratitude.
If you're a prepper that has any inclination of improving their skills and networking - then this you can't afford to miss this free weekend of awesomeness at Canada's largest preparedness event. http://www.annualpreppersmeet.com/
Thanks again!

Che,
Hope the weekend turns out great! And extra karma points for not letting a great event peter out. 😀

? Not sure I understand this, however, I can say everything was in order with respect to complete transparency of finances, exceptional presenters and immense popularity. Not only did we cover our costs we generated some cash for a non-profit charity. Media coverage generated substantial interest through the Toronto Star, Global News and CTV news to name a few. Website hits went through the roof. There were hundreds of people there - ecstatic and healthy crowds for each presentation. This years raffle prizes were phenomenal compared to the two previous years. But above and beyond everything else the organization of this event was seamless, professional and smooth with the help of several volunteers and Robert Studer of survivalcentral.ca. I'm exhausted. This image, taken in the back of Robert's Ambulance Bugout Vehicle late Sunday afternoon pretty much says it all.
