went pretty good not a single problem seems like a great gun, even stopped at a local gun shop had a scope mounted. Shot a 12 guage for the first time today, wow my shoulder is a lil sore! great day overall
glad to hear your day went well and all is good with your rifle. A 12 guage is nice but a lot of kick... it'll do what you want it to though..LOL.
I would go with CCI Stinger copper plated hollow points. best all around .22lr round i know of and less likely to contaminate small game with lead fragments like other round lead nose .22lr ammo. plus its high velocity and with the right know how you can take down bigger game with those rounds as well. only down side it is more expensive then regular .22lr, but as i say save no expense if its going to put food on the table or save yours or someone else life. 😉
I posted a picture that I guess I can't post, so in it's place let's just say I have a 10/22 and have to get it out to the range once I get the scope on it!

do not buy "winchester hv rounds"... garbage, some rounds wouldn't even fire!! I stick with Federal... never had an issue
