Hi Preppers in and around London Ontario
I have been involved with prepping all my life and now have some time to contact like minded individuals to exchange ideas and information.
I am also a newbe Ham radio operator and an avid hunter and fisherman originally from Northern Ontario.
Feel free to contact me if you wish to talk or get together.

Experienced prepper but new to the forum. I watched my supposed/supposed-to-become prep group fail to thrive over the past few years. Lots of 'awake' people, but not much taking steps to acquire skills or capabilities. My family seems to be the only one that actually enjoys living a life less dependent on the system.

Anyone else experience this?

Wolfpal - how'd the amateur radio investment go? Love to hear more - I'm studying to take the exam as we speak, and waiting on delivery of my HT's.

Any meet-ups planned?

We're in the same boat ^^^ We're in Ottawa in the process of putting our house up for sale to purchase a piece of land. We are looking for like minded ind's to talk with. Never thought it would be so difficult to talk to people about this. It can be so frustrating! I would be nice to feel like we're not the crazy ones for a change.

Hello WolfPal
Mule Skinner here.
I'm a retired veteran and full blood Ojibway. I live at Kettle Point between London and Sarnia so when you have meetings give me a call

Even though I tried to start a local community garden by supplying the garden boxes, soil, plants chickens and water I could not even get sheeple out to even pick the free stuff for their kids. They would rather collect welfare and eat crap. This year adding laying hens and meat rabbits to my back yard husbandry project.

I pass on primitive skills and survival techniques by volunteering with the local mental health dept. as a community youth mentor. Running some of the classes out of my own back yard for them.

We live in a society of wolves ,
We can't fight back by creating more sheep

We have a group that meets periodically here in Region of Waterloo if your interested in joining us. We are meeting next tentatively in July.

If your planning on doing something that way let me know. Would be happy to drive out that way and meet some new people.
