I couldn't make that time unfortunately. I'm usually free on Sundays though. During the week works for me, I don't have kids during school hours too.
Most anytime is good for me.

I'm at work now. I'm off Wednesday to Friday. I work days 7-7 Sat-Tues. But like you said OS. Finding a place where you can sit and talk is hard to find. Any ideas on where we could meet & greet teejay?
I am in as long as I have care for the youngest. Weekends are better for me but could possibly make it to a weeknight thing too if given enough notice. 🙂
The Farmer's Market in Jackson Square on a Saturday, or one of the days the market is open Tues, Thurs, Fri? On the street level there is a food vendor with lots of tables and seats, it's got good lighting and tasty snacks. It's on the side that the library entrance is on, on York. Or the library itself, there are plenty of seats there and it's ok to bring kids. Coming up to the holidays is extra busy for lots of people so maybe afterwards in the new year.

My kids (teenagers) all have some form of Autism. I would prefer coming alone. It is for your well being.

At the moment I am waiting to get the date settled for my mom's internment so although I could plan on a date, it may change. I could use a bit of "friendly prepper" talk before the holidays to take my mind off things. I would think that a mall would be a place to stay away from before the holidays. Heck even Xmas day works for me since I will longer be celebrating Xmas.
Teejay I like the idea of Jackson square after the holidays.
May I suggest the first meet & greet be one just getting to know each other with maybe a few questions that you have that the "group" could help with?
Mama, what about your son that likes plants? We could in the spring do a met geared towards planting. 🙂

Sorry I have gone through the last few pages of post to see when people are available for a quick coffee meet and I have to admit I am having problems figuring out who is free when. I will edit this to add times available to keep track of it for future reference.
I work Monday to Friday, morning to night but I do have 1 vacation day left to take. The internment places for my mom have changed until after Christmas, so my weekends are free for a bit.
Saturday is good for me this weekend. On a bus route would be good.
Saturday I'll be at the James St N studio vending at their holiday craft fair so I won't be able to make it to meet up. The holidays are just a bit crazy for me with shows, kids and family. I have time after New Year's, sorry to miss out right now. You're welcome to visit me at the sale though, I'll be the one selling weird monsters made out of felted wool sweaters 😀 .
