Hello Daisy ,your not alone,I live in Highgate ontario, between london and chatham I have been a prepepper for two years now and have converted my 1800 sq ft garage into a bunker,I Built a kitchen,a 3 pc, bathroom a bedroom a freezers room for 5 freezers a hot tub room and a furnace room,that I can heat with oil,propane and wood and a generator room with 5 genterators and a large pantry room for storage food up to 20 years,I have a deep well for drinking water 200 ft well,I plan to add a chicken cope and a green house this spring and have plenty of fuel in storage,so let just say I'm getting ready for what ever happens!

you want canned food, well the best places are probably the sales at every grocery store or Costco. Another might be the Great Canadian Warehouse Club (no membership but watch prices closely) You also need to look at the expiration dates, some are on sale for a very good reason.I am in Durham Region, where are you ?
AS in the General Region, because Eastern Ontario covers a lot of ground, so Like I posted Durham Region so if someone wants to chat, have a coffee or is looking for some specific info or gear in the area.
NOT what is your street address, not your exact location,, just sorta kinda general, Say.. Madoc to Ottawa or Perth, there is a few million hectares there.
