Hi any positive feedback or if you need help or want to help on my land please email me at erichoua at hotmail.com thanks. I'm good at doing fire wood and putting up livestock fences, and I would like to learn more about preserving food but I'm willing to do any honest work that needs getting done thanks Eric.
Good evening all,

I just met ----- Today and we had a great talk about preparedness and everyday life and how your supposed to work to live and not live to work.

I'm in a unique position as I'm living here and working up north. I got in on the real estate market before the boom and I'm willing to give away my approximately $30,000 stake in a house/ garage with 105 acres 20 minutes away from a provincial park. I would also be giving you access to my 1/3 access 21 square km trapping camp and in case of teotwawki and you had to evecuate the homestead. although I highly doubt one would ever need it 100 acre farmstead 1.2 hours north of the homestead were talking about here I'm going to own outright in two years that my mom takes care of.

The four big questions that come to mind are:

(1) What's in it for me? 1: I don't have to sell, nobody can be self sufficient in this world and $30,000 is a small price to pay to: 1:get most of the fresh food my family would need in the years to come 2: help 9 ppl get most of the fresh food they need in the years to come 3: helping others is what I do 4. Cost sharing. 5. please take 1 stick and break it and then take 10 And attempt to break them. I guarantee you won't. I want to be part of the group that's un breakable.

(2)What's in it for you?
1: land without affecting your credit
2: hundreds of thousands of dollars in food/ wood/ nursery sales production long term. I'll explain the fish, cattle, pigs, chicken, rabbits, game meat, fruit, nuts vegetables, grain maybe even dairy products that at least double in price every ten years, will be fair share to all owners.
3: teotwawki as we know it will probably never happen; but having fun with like minded people on 105 acres of your own land. Lakes/ rivers/ beaver ponds/ sand beaches/ trails/ skidoo/ 4wheeler/ walking trails all within half an hour, not 2 hours of the location. 4: People to help you protect the location, pay for repairs, car pool, share resources, labor, tools.
5: I can't speak for others, but anything I can do to help a fellow member, I'll do.

3: Will I own the land? Yes everyone Will be an equal owner of the house and land. ( if everyone is in: 10% each family.

4: Rules: two: (1) You will sign a paper saying you will never sue another member of the group (2) the land can not be sold. (That means you can relinquish your rights to the land but not sell the hard work others have put into the land

5: Cost: the cost of the mortgage is a 30yr approximately and $250.00 by weekly for 2015, every two weeks including municipal taxes that can fluctuate. about $300.00 in school taxes plus insurance.
Thats depending on people that sign up approximately $50.00 a month, plus $230.00 a year for school taxes and insurance. Repairs will be discussed once they are assessed by Eric L. as he works in the construction field. I'm thinking do the minimum and no more to keep costs low and the quality of life up!

I love great food and greater still, great friends so I'm willing to pay the price. The reality you will be saving a heck of a lot more than the $85.00 a month you pay; that pays itself ten fold long term in food/ wood products/ labor/ tools/ family security/ nursery starts/ garden seeds/ possibly (fuel/ power) and like minded friends for your family plus no credit checks or responsibility to pay because you can leave without penalty.
