Any buddy in the Ottawa area looking for a BOL or just a nice little retreat.

This is actually a nice little get away. The description doesn't really do it justice. I've been there... so beautiful and peaceful. It belongs to a buddy of mine. He's moved back to Ontario to help look after his parents.

It's on the wrong side of the river and a little too close to the "X" .... or I'd buy it
