i've bought orders big and small from these guys.
super fast shipping and processing. i've had orders to my door 3 out of oakville, in 2-3 days. (big orders too)

i've been using them for 6+ years, i've spend at least 2K here and i've never been less then very satisfied with them.

because i worked night for years, i'd email my order in to address above, (couldn't call i was sleeping during the day) and they would write back, they would either invoice me or take my payment info thru email (always sent the different parts in multi emails, they had no problem with this) great family to work with.

their small packs are done in mylar, their bulk products are sent in a thick clear plastic. i've stored stuff in both packing types long term with no problems. once open i'd suggest putting the left overs in a mason jar or zip lock bag with as much air out as possible. or a food saver (food saver has a mason jar attachment to suck air out)

they do have cans for their food storage plan, but i've never gone this way.
i like the Cans for somethings (i use http://www.providencesupplies.com/ for stuff in Cans) but i think i get a little more for my buck here. (haven't checked the price list for a while so shop wisely)

HIGHLY recommend them. . .

That's good to know. I've looked at them a few times and thought they were expensive but when you compare ounce by ounce they're very competitive.
They've been around a lot longer than a lot of outfits appearing out of the woodwork these days. I'm mostly interested in basic ingredients and especially meat.
