While we are planning (announcements soon) our outstanding plans for the our full day event in the forest once again this year, I am wondering if anyone would like a spring coffee-lunch visit this year.
I looking to have it at Swiss chalet, on Innes right across from the Big Costco.. Needs to be a weekend, and a lunch for me to attend, as I need to be able to do morning and evening chores including milking.. Open to either Saturday or sunday!
It would be great to have one in end of march, so I would like feedback on interest for Saturday March 19 or 26th

Just so you know, School March Break is March 12-20th so maybe the March 26th date would be better.
Just let us know the time and which day works best for you and I'm in.

giving the timing, do we want to add a heritage seed swap in their as well.. they are small easy to transport and folks could post what bringing or just wing it..
I have lots of black turtle beans and the rare Canadian grey goose bean.. also would have a few of the third year local to the whole Ottawa valley multi produced butternut squash landrace program and for those with limited space I have a few extra bush plants-nutter butter squash seed, the are only 1 or 2 pounds, just right for smaller number of folks in the house

I'd be up for that. I have a growing collection but am always interested in extending my collection. I'd be very interested in the bush nutter butter squash and the grey goose bean. I'll have to pull out my collection and see what I could bring for trade.
Ok, so spring meet is at the swiss chalet on March 26th at noon, I will be there for 11:30 and hope to have a good visit with a few folks.. see you in a few weeks..
