OK...if that's the way it's going maybe you all need to come over here (Victoria) NSW & QLD has had huge floods! Hottest average temp in summer in Central Victoria 48C=118.4F, coldest average temp in winter -2C=32F.

Yes, it has been a wild start.
I don't think it is the end though. (I am hoping not yet)

All it would really take is a serious drought or weather event (snowfall in June) in one of the 3 grain producing regions to set things off. There is no surplus anymore. We don't seem to be able to count on the weather being what it was.
And there is of course Iran .......

Most of Australia has been dealing with the last drought for the past decade. When the drought broke large (mainly coastal and river frontage) areas were devastated by massive flooding. It changed the way we all look at water - you'd be hard pressed to find an Aussie wasting water. Australia does produce quite a lot of grains, livestock etc that gets exported - if the market isn't there for exporting???

Don't forget the mysterious noises being heard all over the world, not associated with earthquake activity.
Then there are all the mass animal die-offs that are taking place.
Things are getting wonky all over the world.

did they not solve that a couple of days ago buddy.....think they pulled all the sesmic records and found shallow, minor earthquakes at each location reporting a boom...stuff they would miss if they didn't go looking for it.

can't forget things like the arab spring, and syria using chemical weapons against it's "rebels". Iran "not" building nukes to "not" wipe israel off the map. gas prices going up, US election, economy in europe, and man i can't think of all the others thinks that are going on.

but at the same time . . .
i have food, i can cook it, grow it, store it and eat it;)
i have security,
i have water, filters, and storage containers
i have shelter, reliable trucks, good friends and a good job.
i plan to make it to the end and beyond. . . and if that's not the makers plan, then i'll be kicking it on a cloud 🙂

my biggest fear is that people will freak out and do crazy things as the "end of the year" comes.
i lived through Y2K, 5 May 05, and a few other end of the worlds. . . we'll see what 21 Dec 12 brings.

Don't really care for the extinction protocol, they have been saying the same thing for a long time. From Mitty python I like to look on the bright side of life.

That was only in a couple of places in the states. Other places, like Saskatoon a few weeks ago, aren't in areas of any seismic activity. Those they still haven't figured out. Personally, I think they're stumped and just blowing smoke up our collective asses. There have been shallow, minor earthquakes going on since the earth started to spin, so how come no one has reported these noises before a few months ago. I've read articles where some scientists are saying that the noises are caused by earths magnetic field and others who say that solar storm radiation is to blame. I know those two towns in Wisconsin or where ever are said to be caused by shallow quakes but what about Vancouver Island. No earthquake activity was detected and they say that the equipment can pick up a chicken pecking at the ground a hundred meters away. Personally, I think the scientists are as much in the dark as the rest of us.

I believe we currently need to be aware of the solar maximus. With the flares you get very active weather on the planet from earth quakes to tornados. People seem to think it is strickly upper atmosphere however you will find 36-52 hours before most 'natural disasters' lately there has been larger solar activity. Right at this time with a maximum and our atmospere weaker we are at risk for flares. A strong enough flare would cause world wide black out 3-5 years (*bad scenario). Also there would be severe tornados, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions and more. Any electronics would conduct electric charges so despite anything you think may be safe as unplugged think again. Even turned off the copper, silicone componets like I.Cs and more. Also possibly Gennys will be useless as will solar panels.Around Dec the planets that actually do alignin the house shape will increase our atmosperic gravitational pull thus meaning any flares will have a even bigger impact........so in my eyes the next while (Till around July 1st 2013) we need to be sure we also have the ability to find somewhere underground too........just my thoughts 😐
