At Zellers this week (the ones clearing out anyways) all the Truly (zellers no name brand) vitamins and pain relief is 50-75% off! The sign says 50 % then at the check out some was 75%!
We got multi vitamins, acetaminophen, melatonin, B6, B12, Vit D, Vit C and more. It is a really good deal!

Heads up...Freshco has 8lb bags of red lentils and yellow peas on for $ 2.97 and they have 8kg bags of long grain white or parboiled rice on for ...$4.97!
Eggs for $1.97 if anyone is interested....I'm going to give the mineral oil coating of eggs for preservation a try I think. Grace coconut milk is on for 88 cents a can there too as well as Grace condensed milk for $1.88 a can...the Grace condensed is decent quality.

Wholesale Club...8 kg bag of Grace cornmeal was I think $11.99. I really like the Grace cornmeal, it always tastes fresher to me than other brands. I'm going to get a bag next shopping excursion...I have to get a proper container to store it in first. They also had the big canisters of dehydrated parsley( no chemicals, just parsley in the ingredients-about 3 cups of fine flakes)...price when you by 3 or more $2.79 ...I bought three...I can't buy and dehydrate that volume for that price and it has a long BB date. The NoName 80g peg bags of dehydrated onion pieces, $1.49 when you buy 3 or more, of course I bought 3.
If you feed canned cat food...they also had the Friskies small cans for 45 cents ea. That's 3 cents a can cheaper than the cost per can in the Costco 48 can pack of the same food. Costco is still cheaper than this size can on loss leader if you don't have a Wholesale Club near you.
Wholesale Club also has small canned hams if anyone is looking for those...NoName and Swift...the NN looks like it's made by Swift and considerably cheaper.

Georges
Got my at Home hardware.
Be aware that there are 2 sizes of those things, one for large mouth cans, and the regular one.
