Impressive design….it will be tough to get. I'm sure it will be all bought up by the US before any makes it up here.

A good time to invest in spf3000 if you live on the NK penninsula.

I dunno.... conventional thought usually wants a bullet to expand to increase surface area and transfer energy yet stay intact. I would be surprised if these things were accurate at any distance.
And of course the cost. Will you be able to practice enough with these?
Plenty of these exotics have come and gone, not quite living up to the theory.

At $44US per box of 20 (add exchange and the traditional +30% Canadian special) and I think I'll have to take a pass. I'm also a bit skeptical of failures to feed with that type of tip.

Well, as they say, if it looks too good to be true....

Testings here showed that the extent of damage done by a 9mm RIP bullet can be replicated by a .22 HP round http://www.gunnuts.net/2014/02/03/g2-rip-9mm-no-more-effective-than-a-22-lr/

and her, that it has about the same devastation to that of a .38. http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2014/02/daniel-zimmerman/g2-researchs-rip-ammo-ballistic-testing-phase-two/

So, you probably won't see me shooting RIP, especially at the MSRP $, not even for the novelty of it.

Aaaand there we go. I'll stick with the stuff I know will work as advertised and as observed by myself.

Yeah, I have some serious doubts about this ammo. The ballistics look all wrong. Stick to what you know.

Seen that. Doesn't make sense.

Pros:
Lethal

Cons:
Expensive
Only useful if you're killing humans.

I can't imagine how this would destroy game meat.

It's only intended as an Anti-Personnel round.

I know, that's why I said "Only useful if you're killing humans". And I suppose if you really want to make sure that you've shredded someones pancreas into 50,000 pieces then that's the way to go. Personally, I just can't justify the outrages costs. I might have a different opinion if they come out with something other then 9mm.

The reality is that even in .40 or .45, it will still bean overly expensive but marginally effective rounds if using the independent tests as a baseline.
