This one is a bit of a close call...most of the interference will be directed northward of the 60th parallel. However, we should take note that this flare was detected Thursday, giving us 3 full days to get ready. We should all keep an eye on space weather sites, as sometimes we have a bit of warning about these things.
heres one of the site i check daily...its very accurate and will (like previously stated) give a good 24 - 72 hour warning

....may lose a couple of satalites but you won't even notice...radio comms will be bad along with cell phone reception. thats about it I think. you'll know when the big one is coming....hydro will be shut off long before any big earth directed CME hits, to prevent any damage or long term damage.
