Just in case you miss this on the main Canadian board ....
I got my Gamma Lids from Amazon.ca today and I'm heading out to the TSC store tomorrow to look at buckets and other prep/canning things.
Just cruising the Canadian Tire online catalog to compare prices on 1.9L canning jars/supplies and low and behold....

When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fail, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.

Husband went to CT today to buy a machete....brought me home a box of 12 lids/seals....I'll probably go buy some sale chicken breast to pressure can this week to try out the Tattlers.
I'm the lady you're stuck behind in the grocery store with the over loaded cart filled with cases of tuna, peanut butter, huge bags of rice and the weary looking husband
Used two Tattler's while canning up chicken breast yesterday...had one fail and one metal lid fail. My fault though...I didn't let them cool long enough and went tapping lids to check seals and that's the first metal lid I've ever had fail...no problem though, those couple of jars worth of meat got put into the freezer.

Dang I was just there, didn't see them. Mind you, I waited 30 minutes for someone to find where the canning jars were. They were in a trailer in the parking lot...no eta for unloading.
Might be quicker to order online and pick up at the border 🙂
