Added one case of 1400 rounds of 7.62x39 for the SKS, one box of 12 Gauge #7 shot (100) and one box of .22 ammo (500). Cast my own 00 Buckshot and reloaded 50 shells of 12 Gauge. Will do another 50 tonight. Need to get a Food Saver to seal these up before I put them away.

A good time to invest in spf3000 if you live on the NK penninsula.

Signing my girls and I up for Karate lessons. Self-defense is a must, in any world in which we live, but more so in the SHTF world. We will be prepared.

Cans of maple syrup...Metro had 540ml cans of No1 Medium grade on sale so we bought some.
2 Large bags of frozen organic mixed veg from Costco...love these...some will go on the dehydrator this week...they dehydrate beautifully and reconstitute well in instant ramen soups.

Thanks for the great idea on dehydrating. Just might have to give that one a try at some point. Great for storing and for canoe trips.

Out of my price range and travel area right now... but thought someone here may be interested in 155 good woolen blankets.

Great find!

I would be in for $50. Are there any other takers out there?
Who lives closest to pickup site, and how long could they hold these?

Can't get involved with this particular one...but WOW what a great site!
looks like a great deal if you can get them for a low enough bid.

Ah the good 'ole itchy but not warm fire blankets.... Spent lots of fun times doing hospital corners on them and sleeping on top of them so as to not have to make the bed everyday 😉

Another trip to Costco....

More cans, more paper products. I think we're set for a few months (6?) worth of tissues and toilet paper!

I went to Princess Auto as they are having a sale on their First Aid kit boxes. I picked up two. Yes they are not hard plastic but for storing and sorting some loose additional medical preps they are worth their value I thought. I also picked up 4 of the .50 Cal Ammo boxes brand new as they were also on sale. Cleaned some more plastic containers for water and put some more water away. Next this week is adding some more food supplies :).
