Where to begin?
There's just too much wrong with this whole thing to even list, on every level.
It's a little shocking that FEMA could even gather that many people to join up considering their level of success in the last 2 major localized disasters of recent memory. Maybe that was the problem, not enough young, brainwashed, armed, mindless zombie drones to help with all the handouts.
If your home library contains more volumes about survival-related topics than your local public library, you might be a prepper.
