Well - first off - your three posts were all written today - not 72 hours ago. Everyone's first three posts on this forum are moderated because we have had trouble with people who were rude or spamming the boards. We're all volunteers and sometimes life gets busy so posts are not approved immediately. Not to get off on the wrong foot but your post could have used a little more finesse.

As to who is in charge, that would be me.
Moderation is required for new members on their first 3 posts as a way of preventing spammers, which was a big problem here until this practice was put into place.
I check the moderation queue on a regular basis, as do the 2 moderators. I am not sure why your posts were not seen, there could have been a glitch in the software, as I assure you, there were no posts awaiting moderation when I last checked yesterday afternoon.
Perhaps spending some time reading the "new members start here" area would be a good idea as this would have answered your question.

Unlike other forums, we do not edit posts except to correct issues such as broken video links etc.
This is not a democratic forum in the way that those of us who run it decide on the rules. We are not a forum for "end of times" discussions, and if this is what you are looking for, perhaps another forum such as godlike productions would be more to your liking.
