An exchange of ideas is good but this is potentially a minefield. Is this potentially a good idea for a thread or is it and incredibly bad one? Will it promote harmony or be a environment for dissention and aggressive rhetoric? I will let you answer those questions.

I think he is a turd as I also think Nuttenyahoo is. I also think both countries should shut their yak. It is getting quite annoying. I think we need to be very careful about passing judgement upon anyone as so much of what we hear in our media is soooo very biased toward what they want the sheeple to hear.
It is interesting to note how the Jews in New York greeted him http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Kp8t0fz3cE and take note of the mention of Jews living safely in Iran for years. I also saw similar when there was a conference in Iran on the influence of Hollywood. There were a lot of Jews there also and they too were against Zionism, which is exactly what the ones in New York were also saying, as well as defining the difference between Judaism and Zionism.

Unfortunately we westerners are wearing the 'White Hats' and the others the 'Black Hats' but in reality the west has committed as many if not more atrocities than they have.

I ask you when was the last time Iran attacked another nation and when was the last time America attacked another nation?

Look beyond the individuals to see who is running the wars and who is going to profit from them then you see who is wearing the 'Black Hats'.

I remember media reports of the invasion of Iraq and there was video footage of supposed riots in the streets etc...there was a lady who rang up the radio in Australia and pointed out that she was in one of those video's and it was footage of a religious festival about 5 or 6 years previous and she hadn't been back to Iraq since that time.
Remember also the recent fake footage of the Libya invasion, Hollywood type set of Green Square and people rioting with the wrong flag (whoops wrong country footage). Gadaffi was very popular in Libya, it was America that caused the riots not the people of Libya!

Let's not fall for their lies, we are way too smart for that 🙂

I agree Cares. West likes to kill a million in order to save a thousand. Zionists make me want to puke. Many are unaware that there is a difference between Zionism and Jews. It is the same as calling all white people KKK members or all blacks, black panthers.

At some point you have to make up your own mind. Sure the media is biased but follow his rhetoric. If it was not for the position that he holds in the Iranian government we would probably feel sorry for this pitiful individual. As it is to have such a sociopath in such position political power is a sad reflection on humanity.

Hitler was a sociopath and look how THAT turned out. In spite of being individuals and being responsible for their own thoughts people ARE sheep and are easily manipulated into thinking and believing what their leaders want them to think. Enough of them will eventually follow the "party line" and the consequences aren't often pretty.

The governments of all countries are filled with sociopaths. This is nothing new, it attracts them as it feeds their needs.

Old Ahmadinejad is entertaining in the same way that people like to watch that nut bar Anne Colter. Unfortunately, when you look at some of the people in power in various places, all you can do is shake your head, cross your fingers and hope for the best........ but prepare for the worst.
