Thats because they have no traction in the snow so they stay home. Just like the guys who drive the snow plows. Wait a minute....... no that can't be true? Can it?

Sure I could buy that. However there is buying in bulk and buying in BULK. A little "overkill" don't you think? Pardon the pun.

That is what I thought when I first read about it.............. seems to be a bit on the high side. I mean we are talking DHS here with a few thousand agents, not the US military. It's even more odd when you factor in all the other departments putting in for large amounts of ammo as well.

I think they are expecting problems in the future............ and like preppers, it is way to late to start getting ready when the problem is already in full swing.
