This was sent to me by a very concerned friend with links to a few places on You tube where it is being discussed. It is supposedly a power point presentation for discussion that was hosted on the NASA website by A Dennis M. Bushnell , Chief Scientist, NASA Langley Research Centre in July 2001 and is titled Future Strategic Issues / Future Warfare [Circa 2025]

Firstly I was unsure if this is even legitimate , it certainly has a lot of thought provoking suggestions of topics of concern in its tabled discussion points . What do you make of this ?
At about ten minutes into the you tube discussion they talk about the smart metering systems and the frequencies that can affect our health . I have wondered since last fall if my bee hive was affected by the start of smart meters here because my hive left end of October leaving a full super of honey and supplemental feeder and simply never came back . The time of this occurance coincided with the start up on smart metering on my home .
