Just enter Lethbridge on google maps and zoom out. A few lakes show up but I really know nothing about them other than they are wet and/or possibly frozen right now.
Take care in the selection of location and view any lots on a day with some winds from the west. I'd hate to see you decide to buy on a calm day only to find out that you receive free 'feed lot aroma' when the wind blows.
Than= I’d rather be rich than poor.
Then= I first became hungry then I ate.
There = She is there now.
Their = They have their things.
They're = They're going to the mall.
To = They came to the house.
Too = That's too bad.
You could check Stafford Lake, to the east of the city. There is Park Lake however I think most of the shore line is Crown Land. I think you might be better off looking at land along the Milk River towards the Coutts border crossing. That land is a little more reasonably priced although the soil needs irrigation to grow anything other than wild grass. Look too in the Cardston area.

Brad Beazer in Cardston could be a good guy to talk to in the South West, he seems to sell a fair bit of farms and ranches in the area. 403-653-1423 is the registries office he owns, they can direct your call to him. If there are any lake properties in that area, he would know.
Good luck.
Rob
Sweet thanks
