It is the one of the best clubs in Canada for MMA, and the head instructor trains with Roy Harris, a renowned self-defense, knife, stick, and BJJ instructor.
The club will be closed for the holiday season until the 7th of January, but if you are interested PM me and I can forward you the head instructors cell # and I am sure you can arrange a visit during the holidays. I am also pretty sure he will allow you a free trial period to see if it is to your liking.
