I just gotta say. I've listened-watched to a few of these (time is evasive) over the last 2 days. I'm super impressed. Great ideas, good information, and very decent promotion (of not only the speakers knowledge, but the general reminders and ideas). Definitely 2 thumbs up! 😉

So often I wonder if I am on the right track with this lifestyle or whether I am way over the edge ...
Apparently I am on target with my prepping, my lifestyle and plans. When I monitored lots of blogs, I read stuff and I start wondering if I am going too far in my own plans. Well after listening to the majority of these speakers over the last two days I can say hell ya, there are people who think like me at my level and there are people who could teach me more things I really want to know,and we /they are way beyond the wacked out doomsday preppers that have become the famous TV idiots that most people equate as every person who says they are a prepper (I actually hate that term)
So yes I like this Summit.
I have learned a couple things, but I have also learned they have names for things I never knew but that I do all the time because I was taught them while growing up.

I registered early for this. I counted down the days till it was here. I jumped into it the first moment it became available. And then...
* I found that some of it was re-hashed stuff from podcasts I've heard before on APN.
* I got spam email on the first two days. Like 6 emails in 2 days. It wasn't enough that there were emails like each previous day for 4 days as reminders.
* I don't know. it could be just me, but I'm certain I've heard this stuff before for the most part. In my opinion, this stuff is covered in the broadest sense as well. Please don't get me wrong, for people that are just starting out this is a good way to introduce them to things. I guess in my own jaded way, I just don't believe that a set of voice recordings that's already on the 'net should be worth $67 either. Compiling files should cost like $16 at the most.
These are just my opinions of course. And we all know what opinions are like, right? I will say though that I would have hoped to hear some Steven Harris. I like that guy. He tells you not only about things, but HOW to do things.

Considering the amount of work that went into these Summit videos, it is in poor taste
to suggest sharing the purchase.
It may have been wiser for them to obtain $ 10 - 20 admission from everyone wanting to
listen and re watch, as there is probably a lot of people that will not be buying.
That would get money from everyone . Once they determine the # watching
they would better be able to determine how much admission it should be next time.
