in side the act it does not even say the losses that cause insolvency in bank has to come from canada... can end up grabbing you cash for failed bet in some other place. I am using opportunity to get a license to carry cash over 10,000. as i refuse to have anything at the mercy of the idiot banks who are in most cases already insolvent.

I still cant understand why no public outcry against the politicians who put this into budget bill this is an act of treason.. the only law in canada that has death penalty.
