Public postings of government conspiracies perpetuates the unfair stereotype of all "preppers" that we are all paranoid and every news headline has some hidden meaning. I'm glad there is some sort of moderation of it.

Most of the posts on gov't conspiracies, or similar titles I have to admit make for some great entertainment in the office...but I think hurts the cause overall.

No gag order that I am aware of, you can talk about any related main stream connected or interconnected government to life or country event in real time on the main forum that you would like to present in a calm and logic manner.

Off the wall, colorful and as of yet unproven but believed in connections can be brought up and shared in the groups fringe area on the board.

Speaking of conspiracies, there are people that are paid by special interest groups to sit a computer desk and spread information to sites like this one for political, ideological and commercial gain. Worse when we spread it along ourselves for free because it was a good story. Real situation that happened recently. A food storage company "spread the hidden news" that Obamas feds wanted to buy all that companies food stores...and, patriots that they were, refused...so they could sell it to kindly grandmas. The story went around the Boards. It turned out to be a complete fabrication. Im sure that company made conspiracy coinage that week. Like it or not...you are a target market. This boards rules help put the kibosh on that at keep the focus on actual prepps that all can share whatever their political bent

That story about the government or FEMA looking to contract storage meals had a recirculated email , whether it was true or not it certainly made me wary that they were spinning something for interest in their product . If someone contacts you for business reasons , who on earth disrespects their potential customer and recirculates their enquiries ? I absolutely believe we never know the half of what goes on in the government. The reason why we never hear whether the radiation from Japan is going to affect our west coast or imported foods or goods is because of the delicate balance in world finance and economic trade and the fact the eastern provinces sell the uranium for the fuel cores , so I believe we are lied to by government agencies . All of our involvement in military actions seems hinged on the World Trade Organization permiting international trade contracts between countries based on whichever country has complied with whatever agenda they have . For instance I remember reading Fonterra dairy of New Zealand was permitted to bid certain international sales contracts only after the New Zealand government commited their special forces team to extend their services in Afghanistan an additional two years past what had been in place as their pull out date . I don't think the government can even keep track of what they do or what criminals are doing so I never worry about them tracking my personal email or what is said in public or the internet .

Um the Nuclear loop was closed but banned by us government the "used" 97% active rods are stored now could have been fully burnt or sold to europe who was willing to buy them a long time ago.. stored for a reason. Fuku so many questions so few answers... if an earthquake look at all building and video of tsunami... why not one building damaged by earthquake of that size?

Why no road to fuku bent from earth slip? How does a power plant lose power? How does the main switches relay fail 37 times? how does the 1150 lb run pressure valves get locked shut when if a true failure they lock open to prevent this? locked till the burst at over 3000 lbs pressure? I dont have answer just questions.
