this is with out a doubt how the world was meant to be, people got greedy and f'd it all up. i live by a 4 rules, be honest,have faith, be fair and love, If we all lived by these rules, and I think most people do, we'll be fine.I see the world getting better. I' ll explain what I mean, be honest- that applies to each situation,don't show all your card but show more than the other guy, people need to see good to be good. Which leads to have faith, people are generally good,be carefull and cautious but foster an ecomomy basesd on trust where your reputation is everything. I make deals with a handshake.We need an economy of trust. I know that takes time, with that we all prosper. Be fair- thats pretty easy as discussed so far in this thread. ignore dollars, its value to you. love? ok thats the hippie in me, it means treat people the way you want to be treated, with love.
to barter, isn't this a s easy as a classified section? i'm not sure but I think craigs list has one, I'd like to see one on here, post what you have and what you want and see if people will trade. I make precast concrete for a living, countertops showers fireplaces etc, I love trading, I got a bunch of organic garlic in trade for a bathroom vanity, I love garlic, they wanted to wash they're hands, perfect. I'm brand new to the site so maybe there is a cassified section, i'll check.
