Ok guys enough. According to some conspiracy theorists on YouTube HAARP is both a research facility and a high tech secret weapon that among other uses its purpose is for atmospheric research, a weapon to destroy satellites and ICBMS, mineral prospecting, finding natural gas, initiating earthquakes, weather modification and control, a "biological" weapon, and last but not least mind control. Really! Total BS!
HAARP is an ionospheric research program. It is mostly funded by the US military. Undoubtedly they are conducting experiments in this line of research that is secret and not for release to the general public.
To some scientifically uninformed members of the public HAARP may seem genuinely mysterious. It has become a super magnet for conspiracy theorists.
Consider the source. The YouTube videos were produced by Dr Nick Bergich. He has a website earthpulse.com. This is a commercial site where he sells a wide variety of products and publications. Notably his publications. There absolutely no doubt that it is financial Endeavour. It's all about the money, honey.
Take a look at his qualifications is his degree in physics or one of the other physical sciences? No! Begich received Doctor of Medicine (Medicina Alternitiva), honoris causa, for independent work in health and political science, from The Open International University for Complementary Medicines, Colombo, Sri Lanka. This institution has been described as the grandfather of diploma mills. According to the Indian Government the degrees it provides are not even valid in Sri Lanka! Put Dr. in front of your name and immediately gain some respect, earned or not.
He is not qualified in any field related to HAARP research. He has however made a lot of money from it. One free method of advertising and increasing sales is using YouTube to hopefully sucker people into going to their website where they can relieve them of some of their hard earned cash.
