Russell Coight....outback legend
I've seen this list before - depressing isn't it??! Unless you grow your own or buy organic you have no real control over your food supply.

Funny you should mention Monsanto...

Looks like they've had a kicking in Europe.

Kevin O'Leary vs 14-year-old Rachel Parent re: GMO Food
I watched the attached video. What I saw was a very articulate young lady who is so entrenched in the dogma that she wouldn't change her opinions in the face of evidence which contradicts her views. (She says as much at the end of the interview.) These are her fifteen minutes of fame. She dares not sway from the ideology which brought her there.
I don't really have strong opinions on the matter one way or another. I don't like the idea of companies patenting heritage genomes, nor the litigious nature of some of the seed science companies. I do, however, support the use of science to attempt to make the world a better place; and for me, "profit" is not a dirty word.
Needs must when the devil drives.
I don't know. Where do we draw the line? What about lab grown hamburgers? Is it any more evil than beef from hormones fed cows?
One of my friends condemns people who refuse to buy organic food. I can see where she comes from but sometimes we must consider other people's situations. Only if we walk in someone else's shoes for one day we will have a new perspective.
If I have the luxury to consider organics or other things I will do that in the future but for now I stay focused on survival.
By the way, what type of food comes from Procter and Gamble? I thought they only made shampoo? 😆

"The Dirty Dozen" we learned about in college. If you can't go organic, at least avoid the most contaminated.
