How about a lawyer? 😆
Probably not a bad idea...post SHTF, we may all be required to...er...do stuff, that could get us in trouble with whatever law enforcement that may still exist.
Lawyers and polititians would make a good, ah um, well maybe. Hell, other than compost, I have no need for them.

Can you throw bankers into the compost too? Nobody would ever admit to being in any of the money leaching professions mind you.
I think I have some that have been missed:
Soap maker
Sheep shearer
spinner
In the more generic category: the ability to follow instructions

audax et celer
Thanks Polearm, you have some good additions. My wife says that I am seriously lacking in the last category you suggested. 😀
Denob wrote "Probably not a bad idea...post SHTF, we may all be required to...er...do stuff, that could get us in trouble with whatever law enforcement that may still exist." ..........If we got into trouble I think we would need better lawyer than we have in my neck of the woods. Otherwise I have no use for them.
Gravlore wrote " Can you throw bankers into the compost too? As far as politicians go same for most but not all. There are one or two honest, hardworking politicians but they are few and very far between. 😉
I've got one last "personal skill" that i think should be considered. Inventor / tinkerer. There was a time not so long ago when it was perfectly acceptable for regular lay people to spend large amounts of their disposable time and resources inventing. One need only look to the number of patents taken out in the early 20th century in the US and in England and by whom. It seems that like everything else in our modern society, our culture of specialization has marginalized this enterprise. The one glaring exception that comes to mind is in programming apps. 🙂

Needs must when the devil drives.
Antsy. I thought most males (at least where I am from) were into tinkering. I believe they are called jack of all, but master of none.
Military tactics! there going to be alot of gangs out there!
Stealth. covering tracks good camoflauge skills etc
Teacher(for well after shtf)
Cigarettes are just like HedgeHogs, perfectly harmless until you put them in your mouth and light them on fire.
