relocate from GTA - need your advise

Hello,

we are planning to relocate from GTA and buy a small "hobby farm" to grow our own food.
The places we are considering are Ridgeway, Fort Erie, and Vineland.
Looking for your advise regarding those locations.
Are they will be a good place for preppers?
Are they safe comparing to big cities?
Would you recommend any other location?
