flu (& cold) remedy

i've used this for years with excellent results
(really kicks flu virus, but i have found it is not as helpful with colds)

-1/3 fill a clean glass jar with dried elderberries (check at health food stores or wine making stores or online)
make sure they are 'sambucus nigra' (latin name for black elderberry),
as there are unscrupulous vendors selling a different variety of elderberry
-add vodka to almost the top (leave room for agitation)
-seal with a tight fitting lid, place in a cool dark place and agitate once or twice a day
-ready in 10 days (more time will not mean more strength)
-strain off berries and discard, reserve liquid for use and store in a cool dark place (dark bottles are nice but not critical if stored properly)

take a tablespoon before interacting in a hot zone, and another after
if flu symptoms present themselves, take 5-8 tablespoons per day

as far as it triggering a cytokin storm,
i've seen both sides of the argument and continue to believe taking is better than shaking
esp. with some of the new 'designer' flus that seem to crop up

All 4 in my family had the flu this year (norovirus). First time I have had it in 23 years. Part of life and I will still never take the flu shot.

Recently I was reading an article on combating colds and flues, by putting cut up Onions and garlic in glass containers around your room and home. The article said that they attract the viruses to them and to discard in a few days and repeat.

I make alot of Elderberry Tonic but I have never done it the way you make it, I will stick with my way, it taste's good and seems to work well 🙂

Measure out Elderberries (sometimes I do half elderberry/half Chokeberry), just cover with water, simmer for around 20 min, after five or eight min, they will break open, and then I mash them a bit with the potato masher, then strain the juice out from what is left, which goes to the chickens.

Then I slowly simmer reduce it by half, at that time I will do a few things, it can be cooled, and mixed with raw local honey, it can be mixed with vodika at the half and half mark, or it can be mixed with sugar and made into a syrup or hard boiled and made into hard candy (homemade sour throat candies), sometimes I will simmer in a few peices of fresh ginger or even dried ginger in the first stage.

We all really have to can't co-neck the dots can you. Its the chemtrail spraying lowering every one immune system. Its all catching up, all the vaccine you got as a child, all the gmo food your eating, all the fluoride in your water, I could go on. Its a wonder huge groups of people are not dieing off from the flu. eat organic garlic.

I make it the same way as got-freedom. It sure does burn on the way down!! We don't drink in our home so buying the vodka was an interesting experience - I kinda felt like I was sneaking in and out of the liquor store!

This a site from google, that using search engine data, predicts where flu season is hitting hardest.
When comparing the data they collect, to the data collected about the spreading of a flu virus in a given year, it usually ends up very similar.

I wonder if they have a map for the greatest concentration of preppers?

I took the post as to say look at the bigger picture. We get flu epidemics but perhaps there could be an underlying reason why we succumb to them. It could be something I the environment generally weakening our immune systems or ability to fight flue live viruses. If you look at the number of young people with asthma it is staggering! That is likely an environmental issue but no one has a clue as to the real cause. Considering they tell us how well matched this year's flu vaccine is how come we have so much flu? Hmmm. I did not interpret Beth's post as Hostile. Perhaps it was the wording. I don't think there is anything wrong with tell us to open our eyes. Beth feels very passionate about these topics and I hope that I can keep an open mind and listen to her arguments.

Due to the poor medium of the keyboard I do believe Beth to be honestly saying that the combined actions of the conglomerates along with the control of the government, so connecting the dots to problems related to GMO foods, medicines, chem trails, vaccines, food issues and what they feed the animals, the list so goes on and one.

We live in a toxic environment, there is no escaping this environment anymore, even if you live in the far north or the rest of the Middle of the Earth, toxins in all shades and forms invade our bodies and foods. The best we can try to do is illuminate as much as possible to hope for a better future.

While I can't say for sure that the whole idea of chemtrails is a steaming load of barn scrapings, I can't help but be skeptical either.
Trails form off of jets due to water condensation...happens ALL the time, but it's water, not chemicals being sprayed into the atmosphere.
Now, IF there was some sort of conspiracy going on here, wouldn't there be a few pilots raising the alarm?
And not just one or two, but more like a dozen.
You just can't do this sort of thing on this sort of scale without the public getting hold of actual, concrete evidence, not just the ramblings of anti government activists.
Now, for all those who are convinced that the government is poisoning us, take a look at it from another point of view...
Why poison the population and make them sick?
They will need healthcare that can't be paid for...leading to a higher death rate.
Less people means less taxes paid...counterproductive.

I absolutely agree. I do not think that governments would ever intentionally poison their citizens (besides a very, very few uncivilized dictatorships). What concerns me is unintentional consequences. The pharmaceutical CIBA never intended to cause harm when they introduced Thalidomide. It took 10,000 to 20,000 victims and over 5 years to stop production and sales.If it was a fuel additive pilots would be totally unaware.

I am not suggesting that contrails (water vapor) or chemtrails (water vapor plus) causes flu or any other specific illness. It's just that the more we effect the environment the more the environment affects us. One thing is know for sure, contrails lower regional temperatures by increasing albedo and reflecting more sunlight back into space.
