Background, I teach Survival and Emergency Preparedness thru out the American ReDoubt. My back ground is as follows.
Military 39 years 7 months, Red Cross Disaster Specialist 40 years, Fire /EMS 39 years and counting, Emergency Management 20 years,
Search and Rescue / Swift Water Rescue / K-9 , K-9 Medic, Law Enforcement 18 years and counting. All Volunteer Positions.

Taught at the local University in Newport WA, Have taught at a few EXPOs, been on a few talk shows and hosted one.
Currently I am semi retired running an animal rescue farm and teaching good folks how to prepare for what heading down the path.
If you local to North Idaho, Bonner County, all my classes are free. I teach on Monday nights.

Hello everyone. I love being out on my own in the bush trying to survive on the least amount of items as possible. It is a challenge I find very rewarding and I learn something evry time. I have decided to at least get my self knowledgable about what I need and how to survive if there comes a time I need to. Planning on selling my home in Oshawa ASAP and moving into the back country, not exactly sure where as yet. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

my name is Daniel, I am 37 and a father of a 3 year old boy. married with mom and dad at home with us now. my family and I lived through a war in Latin America and being prepared has become something that we have ingrained into us.
