We have all seen the runs on grocery items, and it was/is very much like could be foreseen. I am just wondering what items people wish they had more of? If you had more time what would you have done differently ?

At the moment, I am good or at least I think we are good.. I will get back to you.. the strange thing is for my blog, I have done a no buy feb and then a eat out of your pantry for the month of march for like 8 years now.. and I am not allowed to do a extra shop ahead, I just need to deal.. so this is in a very odd way my 9th year of a possible 30 to 60 day, no buy, no extras..

so I have been finding and filling in missing spots.. so I did top ups and now I will see ..

Well besides a leader like Orangeman bad 😆 😆 😆 and not the dark prince, I would say a full solar system and being greedy, a large greenhouse that would keep me in greens year round. Pretty good otherwise, oh and another year of meds

Just not enough dinars to do all that.

PS awesome thread idea 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I can add to this list myself, Zip discs for my hand grinders. Specifically, 5 inch thin kerf Makita disks, been waiting on a sale since January but none have gone on sale and now I find myself running low, and I dont feel like paying list for them.

Actually... educational material. Weird how AB announced conflicting message in the same statement: “students will be issued a final grade and move on to next year’s class in the fall” followed by teachers will still be at work and students may need to do online class work.

Online class work may work well for high school but it’s a different story for grade school. Mrs HP being an educator, we find ourselves surrounded by ressources, text books, etc, but trying to figure something to provide class like learning tomorrow for the little one is going to prove a bit harder. I’m not set for home schooling!!!!

I’m also concerned that our already sketchy and slow countryside internet is going to be really bogged down when everyone tries to work from home, home school kids or otherwise run Netflix all day long to entertain kids!

There is a lot of conflicting messages being sent out, this government isn't leading, rather being pulled along. Expect better direction and clarity during the week. That doesn't help you in the mean time! Are you still doing the work thing?

Work is up in the air right now(pun intended I suppose), but not much work anyway, so folks are staying home, just planning on keeping the helos maintained, which involves running from time to time. The overall management piece can be done from home. What is going to be difficult will be managing the shop, the employees AND teaching grade 3 at the same time..,

Well, hubby's work office went teliwork.. which is good
Hubby however got a letter.. he is being pulled out of his group and off his files
to work on
yup.. this big old mess!
But at least they got him a parking spot so he can drive direct in and out.. and once they get some things sorted.. the hope after they get started that they will work from home as much as possible. We will know more today.. Lots of OT is expected..

Sigh!

A bigger Dog.. now it will not help me much at the moment (and I love my current dogs) but I want to add a bigger male dog to the pack to add some extra woof.. As hubby says, a pup right now will not the job.. but its to big of a gamble to take on a older dog and "guess" at things.

So adding a new pup to the farm soon enough.. he will grow fast 🙂

On a side note.. cute puppy, fun and destress, second lots and lots of training.. never a bad thing to have a extra focus.. third, I look forward in the end to having a good hunting dog at my side to go with my good farm/sheep dog.
