Believed to be in the company of: "Jessica" Yi Qing LOW-ZHEN

Details of Incident:
On Friday April 13th 2012 the female left the family home with her child.
On Friday April 20th, 2012 Toronto Police Service received information which caused them to be concerned for his safety while in her care.
Jessica LOW-ZHENG is described as female Asian, 45 years old, approximately 5'2, thin build, long black hair, wears glasses. See attached photograph.
Joshua LOW is described as male Asian, 8 years old, approximately 4', skinny build, short black hair. See attached photograph.

Toronto boy, mom found after Amber Alert
A Toronto boy who was the subject an Ontario-wide Amber Alert is now back home with his much relieved father.
The Toronto Police Service said eight-year-old Joshua Low and his mother, Jessica Yi Qing Low-Zhen, 45, were located Saturday night after Ontario Provincial Police issued an Amber Alert hours earlier.
Det. Mark Charuk said police used "investigative techniques" to find the two, then brought them back to the station where the boy was later reunited with his father.
Mother and son were both in "very good health," Charuk said, though the mother was taken to York Region Hospital to be assessed by doctors after she had been questioned by police.
Charuk said Low's parents recently separated, and Saturday's Amber Alert indicated police had received information that led them to be concerned for the safety of both the boy and his mother.
The alert called it an abduction case, but Charuk said police do not currently expect to lay charges.
Police said the boy and his mother had left the family's Toronto-area home on April 13, more than a week before the Amber Alert was issued.
