I just heard that 2 bombs went off this afternoon at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Two people are dead and over 90 injured.

Lock-down protocol in effect in hotels, etc. there. Many Canadians and their families are there to participate in the race.
Cell phone service reported to be down.
Unknown whether the airports are shut down.
The NHL Ottawa Senators game in Boston has been cancelled tonight.
