Rather than having us do your running around for you, search the net for all your items to find out where they are and price then you can decide where you go from there. Good thing about that is you will come across other stuff that you may want/need that you didn't think of. Canadian Tire, TSC, Home Hardware, places like that are as good as any to start then go from there.

Many of your items can be found in the camping/outdoors section of your local CT, Walmart, etc.
Also, don't forget about specialized outdoors stores such as MEC, Baron Sport, and places like that.
TSC stores seem to be popular also, unfortunately, I don't have one in my area, so I can't really say one way or the other.
