I have seen those survival blankets at Dollarama. They all as far as I know, sell 4X6 tarps as well...good for shelters, ground sheets and so forth.

I have several of these Dollarama blankets...they are very thin but...adequate for a layer underneath a blanket wrap or a coat.
I actually used three of them to put up in the windows on the east exposed side of my house to reflect the summer heat so our central AC wouldn't have to work so hard..this was very successful. I double layered them and the difference in how fast the house heated up on a super hot day from last summer was remarkable!
