I have heard from a number of folks privately as well, so far we have around 15 people confirmed at this time, and I am sure that as the date gets closer we will see more folks, plus every single time before we have had a few members that show up without letting me know ahead of time 🙂

We have a few folks have expressed a interest in showing off something or doing a demo etc.. So far, we have three offers, I would ideally like to see a total of six, so PM if you might like to do something.

We are confirmed on the swap tables, the book table and the potluck.. Everyone bring enough for yourself and a few others and we will have lots of food, we always do, there is no running water at the event, so pack like you are going on a picnic, you are to bring your own fixin's, we are preppers after all..

If possible, write out what is on the dish, just to be on the safe side but on the flip side if you have issues, ask at the event for who made what and or plan to bring your own meal that is safe for eating 🙂 Please and thanks.

Sure... I thought i would bring a few 5 gallon buckets, canned goods, mylar bags, homemade soap and maybe a few homemade meals in a jar/mylar bags. Does any of that interest you?

Buckets and mylar interest me...not sure what I have to barter with, but I'm sure I can bring a few things.

Well, I have had a number of folks confirm they are coming out to the event by PM, thank you to everyone that had been contact!

I have three confirmed demo's, and I would really like at least one more or even two in total, so for anyone that is thinking of coming, any chance at all you might like to show off a skill you have..

I am totally flexable on this, you tell me, do you want to do something that take 15 min or got something that would take 30 min or do you want a full demo slot of 45 min..

I will start playing with the schedule by the end of Aug and do a full write up with details, swap tables and directions etc the first days of Aug..
