I have been a big supporter of these meetings and would have loved to step in and help out. As farmgal knows alot has happened over the last year and a half. I bought a good chunk of land and am totally off grid. Starting from scratch. Building roads; house; water; septic and power etc etc. There is still a ton of things to do but its coming along. That is part of the reason why I have not been active on the site. Soooooo much to do. I do hope someone steps in and sets something up.
It sounds like you guys (and gals) had your ducks in a row with these meetings. I cant imagine the work that went into making them a success.

How does the first few weekends after September long weekend work?
I can postpone Montreal visit till any date in September but the weekend of the 15th.

The weekend of the 15th works for me. Let me know what the consensus is on either Saturday or Sunday.
It will depend on the date, I have some family coming from out west at that time.
